I backed your project on Kickstarter, where is my order?

We're excited to announce that as of the end of September 2015, all Kickstarter orders and preorders taken directly on our website have shipped!

If you were an original Kickstarter backer and haven't received your Smartplug(s), it is most likely because we do not have your shipping address. If this the case, please email support@zuli.io with your shipping address and we will make sure that your order gets processed.

If you received a shipping confirmation email, but haven't received your order, please also email support@zuli.io and we'll do our best to assist you.
