App is unresponsive, what do I do?

If the app is unresponsive, force kill the app by double tapping on the home button and swiping up, getting rid of the Zuli app.

Open the app again. Still not working? Restart your phone. If you are still having trouble, or the app is unresponsive, please email us support@zuli.io.

    Submitted two requests on being out of range. I have to restart my iPhone EVERY TIME I want to use the app. No response from support in three days. Not good !

    application will no longer connect to the Zuli server - it is now impossible to update the module settings. Thanks for the expensive ride folks - looks like the Zuli Smartplugs are headed for the trash heap - $450 down the tubes.

    I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling app and now when trying to login I get an unknown error - 1012. useless at this point.

    Getting 1012 error also when trying to log into the app or when trying to request a password reset. Looks like app is not talking to the server - could your expired SSL certificate be causing this issue? In order to get Safari to see your site, I had to override the invalid certificate.

    Cannot log in to app- have deleted and reinstalled. Also tried resetting password- receive a fail message. Your site has expired SSL. This is problematic. We use (did use) six of your plugs within out home.

    I am having the same problem on several iOS devices. Error messages and no way to log in. No response to a help request.

    Same issues here. I have submitted 2 requests with no response from Zuli. Very frustrating. At this point I want my money back!

    Since 10/20/2017, I have been unable to sign into the app. Each login attempt results in the following message being displayed:
    "An unknown error has occurred-1012"

    I have attempted the login with no success using the following variables:
    1-Cellular Data on and WiFi on
    2-Cellular Data on and WiFi off
    3-Cellular Data off and WiFi on
    4-Reset all network connections and repeated items 1-3.

    My phone is an iPhone 6s with iOS version 10.3.3. I have also been told the same issue occurs on users with the latest iOS version.

    I bought 3 more plugs almost two weeks ago and I can't set them up. I'm getting the same 1012 error as everyone else. I have emailed and resorted to tweeting you guys, both with no response. Did the company go under and if so, does that mean the plugs no longer work? I have 6 of them that are useless right now.

    I was finally able to log back in on my iPhone 6 which is still running iOS 10. I had been getting the 1012 error for the last two weeks whenever I tried to log in. I am still having problems logging in on my iPad. The app does not respond to my pressing the login button. I am able to create new login, but cannot login to an existing account. The iPad is running iOS11 beta, so that could be the issue.

    PROGRESS!!!! iPad Mini (2nd Gen Retina - IOS 11.0.3) let me log in. I can manually control the modules and can add/delete modules until the iPad goes to sleep -then I have to log out and log back in to reconnect. Unfortunately, Presence is not working, and there is a bug with the module settings section (energy, presence, schedule, settings). The information normally displayed when you click on one of the tabs is missing - until you click on another tab - then the missing information appears as it slides to the left.
    As far as my iPhone 8 (IOS 11.1(15B93)) goes, nothing happens when I click on the Login button.
    Thanks for fixing the server connectivity issue. Looks like the App needs an update to work with IOS 11.

    Update - found an old iPhone 4s (IOS 9.3.5). Wiped it clean and set up as a new device. Downloaded Zuli App - can log in and control plugs manually, but have same issue as iPad - the "energy, presence, schedule, settings" tabs show no information until you switch tabs then the missing information appears as it slides to the left. So still can't program the modules for non-daylight savings time.

    Everything seems to be working again for me. Using iPhone 7 Plus with iOS11.0.3. Will be updating to iOS11.1.1 soon so will see what happens to this then...
    I am very disappointed however, that Zuli support never responded to my support requests nor updated this site with any information to as why this has happened. AND no updates on their twitter since 2016!!

    iPhone 8 using iOS 11.1 still won't let me log in. iPhone 4s iOS 9.3.5 can log in and manually control plugs, but accessing "dim,emergy, presence, schedule, settings" shows blank area where data used to be.
